RE - BIRTHING

A combination of Tibetan rebirthing, healing and shamanism, it is a technique to access the deeper subconscious information layered within and beneath the surface personality. When the body remains still and a continuous cyclic breathing is applied the resultant energy within the body stimulates the organism into automatic repair and what is released is the thought forms and ideas held within the subconscious mind. Sometimes even the birth experience itself is relived and why the technique is popularly known as Rebirthing. David has been practising shamanism and healing for over 20 years
. The metaphysics behind our own lives and the objects of our desires are always entwined within the law of our own Karmic paths. There is no exception. Always a change of our own inner energies are neccessary for that which is desired and ourselves to sychronise and thereby manifest. This is the work of Re-birthing and one simple fact that true spiritual work and development is a non local event and effects th whole field of humanity.
PRANAYAMA

For thousands of years Yogi’s have prepared the mind and body for meditation by practicing deep slow breathing “Pranayama” is the science of breath control “Prana” means breath and “Ayama” lengthening, by learning to breathe correctly you can release tension, stimulate the body and calm the mind.
There are countless Pranayamas and a session will provide an invaluable span of knowledge to the application of these techniques to fit one’s lifestyle.

MEDITATION


Meditation can help you experience a state where you are aware of an inner peace-a release from everything preventing that peace. Meditation comes from the Latin “MEDERI” to heal.
It means to heal (a mental affliction caused by a psychological stress), firstly by achieving an inner calm and then in a harmonised state of consciousness viewing the problem, its cause and how to resolve it.
Meditation is probably one of the most powerful, natural techniques for self realisation and managing one’s own state.
